In this tutorial, we'll learn how to update automatically drawings that one or more of their shapes have newer version Master-Shape.

Steps:

• Open with Visio your stencil, edit it and save changes. (Master Shape)
• Select the stencil, and open Modify Dialog. Increase the version number.
• Select a drawing/all drawing that are using this shape and select the macro Update Shapes.
